Key workflows and API limits you should know

To ensure consistency, security, and high performance, the MCP server enforces key behaviors:

  • Pre-Valuation Address Verification: Agents must verify or suggest addresses using suggest_address before running a valuation (get_home_valuation).
  • Lead Lifecycle Chaining: Standard lead acquisition flow must first search for the lead (search_lead by email), create it if it doesn't exist (create_lead), and then attach the saved search (create_saved_search).
  • Mandatory User Confirmation: Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) generation requires explicit user confirmation of parameters before calling create_cma_report.
  • Interactive Menus: Requesting agent performance insights will present an interactive menu listing the available insight types.
  • System Limits: The API enforces a rate limit of 30 requests/minute, and property search results are capped at 5 per query with a link to full listings.
