FUB Widget: Search by Address or Listing ID, Multiple Property Subtypes & Edit Saved Searches

In this update to the Follow Up Boss widget, you can now search listings by street address or listing ID, making it faster to locate specific properties.

You can also select multiple property subtypes when creating saved searches, giving you more flexibility to refine results. Additionally, you now have the ability to edit existing saved searches directly within the widget.

This update provides greater control and efficiency when managing IDX leads inside FUB.

Hyperlinks for Email and Phone Numbers

In this update, we’ve added clickable email and phone links to the Agent Information , Office Information, Featured Agent, and Co-listed Agent widgets. These widgets are included by default in our IDX Details templates.

With this enhancement, leads can simply click to call or email, and their device will automatically open the corresponding app—making it faster and easier to get in touch.

This small improvement helps reduce friction and can increase direct inquiries from your listing pages.

One Click Community – Customize Content

In this update to the One Click Community app, you now have more flexibility when creating descriptions for your community pages. You can:

• Enter your own custom description
• Generate a description using AI and edit it (before community creation)
• Automatically receive a generated description if none is provided

This update gives you greater control over your content, helping ensure each community page matches your brand and messaging.

We’re introducing a new app that uses a HighLevel survey to capture leads and automatically create advanced saved searches in IDX Broker. This tool simplifies the process of collecting lead preferences while ensuring searches are generated with accurate, structured criteria.

By automating advanced search creation, you can deliver more relevant listings, reduce manual setup, and streamline your lead intake workflow.

Available advanced fields depend on your MLS and must be configured in advance to appear in the survey.
