In addition to daily reports, you can enable the Weekly Opportunity Report to receive a broader summary of your business every week. Each report includes:

  • New Leads This Week: all leads who registered on your IDX site in the last 7 days, with their contact info, pages visited, saved properties, and saved searches.
  • Leads Active This Week: existing leads who returned and browsed your IDX pages, so you know who to follow up with while they are engaged.
  • Most Viewed Listings: the properties your visitors viewed most this week (requires the Popular Listings widget to be installed).
  • New Listings This Week: new properties added to your market area in the past 7 days.
  • Price Reductions This Week: listings in your area that had a price reduction this week, a great conversation starter with buyer leads.
